Typically, I’m inspired by my friends, family, and students that come to the yoga and Strength & Balance classes that I teach. Sometimes, I’m motivated by an article or book.

How come I can’t lose the extra weight .. I think the scale is wrong by 15 pounds. you believe me.. its the scale fault..
