Betsy Muller is Aging Gracefully with EFT

Posted on April 19, 2019April 20, 2019 by Kathryn Eyring

Do you have chronic pain, depression, anxiety, cravings, or stress robbing you of full-time happiness?

EFT can help!

Enjoy this interview below with Betsy Muller, a Master Trainer of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)! As an inspiring example of aging gracefully, Betsy decided almost 20 years ago to make a big switch in her career path. Now, she has helped thousands of people discover their full potential.

Betsy explains the scientifically-proven benefits of Emotional Freedom Techniques, also called EFT, or tapping. She demonstrates on ME how EFT can work for anxious feelings, as I was concerned about my lack of time as I was preparing to leave on a trip early the next morning.

Betsy believes conventional healthcare can be integrated with natural, cost-effective options for vibrant living, emotional health, and aging gracefully!

Tapping, reiki, tai chi, visualization, drumming have similar techniques for wellness. Would combining these into one be a more effective and encompassing method of healing, stress reduction, et. cetera ?

Great thought! Yoga teachers often put all of these together, although maybe not in one class. When I’m teaching yoga, I try to incorporate some kind of self-care for my students to try!
