Strength & Balance Class in Bay Village

An event every week that begins at 8:45 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Perfect 50+ class with stretching, balance activities, a cardio section with Oldies music, additional strengthening with hand weights, followed by cool-down stretches. A portion of the class is seated in chairs and the rest completed standing. This class does not require the ability to get down on the floor. This class includes cognitive work incorporated in the movements. Be prepared to laugh and have fun at this class! The students are welcoming and very social!
The class also enjoys a monthly lunch together with opportunities to win a free lunch each time!
