Receive encouragement, accountability, and motivation for FREE!

Has 2020 taken the wind out of YOUR sails? Do you find yourself suffering from sadness, lethargy, lack of accomplishment, or low energy?

Does the thought of a “goal” feel too big right now… or useless?

What about a tiny little habit? You could probably do something so small that it’s almost effortless!

Even one small new healthy habit will make you feel better! It’s TRUE!

The purpose of this Challenge is to create a new long-term healthy HABIT that will help you feel empowered in 2020!

This Challenge is designed for any body, age, size, or ability!

Create something unique or pick ONE of the following 25 healthy habits to feel empowered in 2020!

COMMIT to the ONE THING you will DO regardless of the weather 5 days per week. Don’t rely on perfect health. Don’t rely on anyone else to help you accomplish this goal.

Several things I wish to continue doing on a daily basis:

Stay in contact with friends in Avon Lake, Kansas City and Fairbanks, Alaska
Continue supporting Native American and Wounded Warrior causes
Walking 5 miles daily on the many trails in surrounding Phoenix area no matter what the temp might be
    Spoil my dog Koko
Read a chapter from books by Dr., Seligman and Dr, Brene Brown
On my daily walks – be thankful for my many blessings

#6 is very much needed I Have a ten minute meditation that my husband and I do on our back porch with all the nature around us but we skip alot of days. So I am ready to get more peace in my life and do it everyday.

Kathryn, I also wanted to comment on the square dancing. It was SUCH FUN to watch! I sat here feeling sorry for myself because I have never had (or taken as it were) an opportunity to learn and it looks so easy. That one gentleman was doing it all by himself and it looked like he was enjoying it!
    Must put on bucket list…
    Tina
