Receive encouragement, accountability, and motivation for FREE!
Has 2020 taken the wind out of YOUR sails? Do you find yourself suffering from sadness, lethargy, lack of accomplishment, or low energy?
Does the thought of a “goal” feel too big right now… or useless?
What about a tiny little habit? You could probably do something so small that it’s almost effortless!
Even one small new healthy habit will make you feel better! It’s TRUE!
The purpose of this Challenge is to create a new long-term healthy HABIT that will help you feel empowered in 2020!
This Challenge is designed for any body, age, size, or ability!
It will be fun, AND… you won’t feel alone. In fact, why not invite a FRIEND to join in, too?
Create something unique or pick ONE of the following 25 healthy habits to feel empowered in 2020!

Journaling is so good for the body and brain! Thank you, Cheri!
I want to commit to so many of those, but since I also want to be sure to succeed, I’ll limit myself to journaling each day. Thanks Kathryn!
thank you, Monica! I just sent you your tracker to print out. Thank you for choosing just one item. I want you to SUCCEED!
My commitment is to make my bed every morning at least 5 days a week before I leave for work.
Thank you, Elva! I sent you your tracker! It’s a great way to start the day!
Kathryn, I also wanted to comment on the square dancing. It was SUCH FUN to watch! I sat here feeling sorry for myself because I have never had (or taken as it were) an opportunity to learn and it looks so easy. That one gentleman was doing it all by himself and it looked like he was enjoying it!
Must put on bucket list…
Tina
AMAZING fun and inspiring, for sure!
Kathyrn I will go outside for 15 minutes a day, also complimente someone daily.

If you miss a day of one of them, just stick with ONE item the rest of the time so you SUCCEED!
Kathryn! You will never let us get cobwebs…
I commit to eating 5 vegetables a day. It is what I need, but what I am so bad at. Grounding, definitely. And posture practice. There. Three habits to start. (can I have 3 ???)
I think I will start right away even though it’s Saturday…
Always grateful,
Tina
PS. Are brownies a vegetable?
Nix the brownies! haha! Better to pick just one for SUCCESS you can feel good about! Thank you, Tina! Love having you onboard!
I’m going to declutter. One item a day. By the time I’m 112, I’ll have things pretty well under control.
And, I’m counting on you living that long! Thanks, Glenn, I sent you your tracker!
I would like to take this challenge and my challenge will be to get outside for fresh air for 15 minutes. Judy
