How can YOU get someone to change?
You might want to get your spouse, friend, parent, or child to change because you think this would make you happy.
Maybe you’re thinking, “If only HE did _______, my life would be better!” or “If SHE stopped doing _______, we could get along.”
The only person you can change is yourself… and that can be hard enough!
Ask yourself, “How can I focus on ME?”
You are NOT a victim and you are in control of you: your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors.

Take time every day to sit quietly and think about what you REALLY want in your life. When you spend your time thinking about how YOU can be your optimal self, instead of thinking about changing someone else… you will feel empowered.
Who do YOU want to be today and in the future?
Who do really want to spend time around?
Where do you really want to live?
What do you really want to have?
If you focus on yourself, you will become happier.
And the funny thing is… your relationship with the person you want to change will probably improve, too.
