HOW can I motivate my mother, father, son, or daughter to change?
Imagine how we could powerfully change the world if we could motivate a parent, spouse, child, employee, neighbor… oh, this list could go on!
This new world would be filled with the healthiest individuals, all physically fit and active!
The fast-food restaurants would close, grocery stores would shrink to smaller sizes without processed food, more gyms would have to open, grandparents would be playing on the floor with their grandkids, healthcare costs would be minimal, addicts would all be seeking recovery, and seatbelt expanders would be a thing of the past!
Nobody has figured out a sure-fire way to motivate someone who doesn’t want to be motivated.
Yes, there are plenty of books to read and techniques you can try.
Still, the BEST thing to do is to be a good example
