Katherine, I’ve been doing your 1 Minute Exercises routine almost every day since the
quarantine began and love it. I,m grateful for a program that is so easy that a really senior of seniors has no excuse for not exercising.
My Dear Kathryn,
I,m enjoying doing your 1 minute exercises routine at home. However, once I’m down on my knees it’s an exercise routine in itself getting up. So , I’m having to skip those.
Are there any plans to restart your classes at the Dwyer Center?
Love these 1 minute exercises. So many that seem easy but can wear you out. Do you recommend a number of repetitions or just as I feel comfortable with. Just using Darlene’s 3lb weights really make a huge difference. I have incorporated some of these while laying on my total gym inclined bench so my back is flat and flush. Thanks so much for posting these Cuz.
Thank you so much, Kathryn! This is definitely something many of us can do. I am tickled that we can strengthen our bodies in a very short span of time. Truly no more excuses!

I love this. You can do so many exercises using free weights and a weight bench!
Great Idea! Good reminder.
My first post here.
I wish I had the balance and didn’t have the pain to do this, good lesson though Kathryn, thank you.
I wish my body could do this, no balance and lots of pain.
