Love these 1 minute exercises. So many that seem easy but can wear you out. Do you recommend a number of repetitions or just as I feel comfortable with. Just using Darlene’s 3lb weights really make a huge difference. I have incorporated some of these while laying on my total gym inclined bench so my back is flat and flush.
