Subscribers asked for this interview
This was the most requested item in the past year. Subscribers asked for Kathryn to be in the guest seat! SO, it happened.
Kathryn Eyring, Host of Aging Gracefully TV, reverses her role as a guest. She is interviewed by her friend, Jane Hanlon, and openly answers questions about what has motivated her to live a long healthy life without regrets.
Kathryn explains how she got started in fitness and dance first. She tells how and why she became interested in proper alignment, eating well, and staying strong, too.
She describes her interest in wellbeing as more of an obsession. She seeks out continual education classes several times a year in order to better understand aging bodies.
As a teacher, Kathryn said she falls in love with her students. That’s what keeps her going. She genuinely wants her students to be happy, healthy, and strong.
Modifications are important to understand, whether teaching or exercising and “gentle” doesn’t have to equal EASY.
Qualified teachers can mix new students in a class with people who have exercised for years. It’s just important to have the right teacher. Kathryn’s teaching schedule is listed on the event calendar of this website and she welcomes young and old, new and seasoned students, to her classes!
If you are local or coming through the Cleveland area, be sure to stop by one of Kathryn’s Strength & Balance or Yoga classes. The first one is FREE!
Do you have more questions for Kathryn? This is your chance… ask your questions in the comment box below! She answers each one personally.
Read it all.Now I’ll go back and enjoy the listening. You know I love your class. I’d guess that it is one of the few that would keep Tom interested.

Kathryn, I loved this interview the most so far., and they are all wonderful! What a great life re-source! Love and Blessings, Julie
Awww, thank you, Julie! So kind of you to say so.
I’m so glad I kept trying to get to view and listen to your two most recent videos (this is my fourth try, as the first three were aborted due to necessary interruptions). It was good to learn about you; I already admired you and now my admiration is deepened. You do a work that changes lives. Thank you, Kathryn
thank you, Melba, for cheering me on! You’re a dear friend!
This was a great twist on your typical interviews! What fun for both of you! Kathryn, I just want to say that your web page is invaluable. You offer something for everyone, and you do it with such sincerity. You keep us coming back for more….I apologize to you for not always leaving a comment. I know you value feedback, and so often I am hurrying onto the next thing that I don’t take that time. But please know that you are SO appreciated!
Looking forward to seeing you at Writer’s tomorrow!
PS. LOVED your thoughts on “thinking”! Everyone needs to practice that!
THANK you, Tina! I’m glad you enjoyed this “twist!” It was good for me to see what it’s like in the hot seat!
So many thoughts popped in my head throughout the interview. The most dominant was at the start. My wife and I had never been on a cruise. I was waiting for my ‘retirement years’. She said we need to do things while we are still able to do them. I am so grateful we took that cruise.
I’m SO glad you took that cruise, too, Rich! No regrets!
What a lovely interview! Jane did a great job bringing out your “essence” with her questions! The energy between the two of you is inspiring. Thank you, Kathryn for being you so authentically and fully….
