My GIFT for YOU: Up Close Video with Peter Noone of Herman’s Hermits!
I was incredibly fortunate to see Peter Noone in July 2020, also known as “Herman” from Herman’s Hermits, performing for a limited audience of only 50 people.
Angelo’s Nido Italia, a restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio, has a beautifully decorated patio for small audiences to enjoy incredibly delicious food and intimate performances. This was an event to remember.
My heart was filled with JOY so I want to SHARE this JOY with YOU!
I want you to vicariously FEEL the happiness that touched my heart from hearing the sound of laughter and listening to feel-good music!
This experience was a heavenly reminder to me that music and smiles are essential to our human well-being and overall health.
I hope you enjoy this medley of songs from my evening out!
Peter’s voice remains magnificently tuned and his humorous antics created belly laughs. You’ll see that “Herman” wears socks with both U.S. and British flags to show his patriotic love for our countries!
Peter embraces life in his 70’s as he jokes around about forgetting which song is next and the large font size of his playlist so he can read it. He bounces around with contagious energy like he’s still twenty years old.
Rich Spina and Billy Sullivan are the two Clevelanders who played with Peter Noone and they certainly hold their own claims to fame. Check out their websites for their upcoming events!

Tell me… did you feel JOYFUL watching the video? I hope so!
Did you find yourself singing along to the old favorites?

Thanks Kathryn, so enjoyed this. Kathy and I saw him at the Chautauqua Institution decades ago. Amazingly he hasn’t changed much and still sounds great. A fitting addition to your site.
Thanks for watching. George continues to amaze us!
Great story. Peter Noone exemplifies the aging gracefully concept. Happy. Active. Loves being with people. Energetic. He’s as entertaining today as he was in the 60s. You must have had a ball watching him live from your front row seats.
I grew up listening to him! Hes cuter now than then! Adore him and his daughter Natalie on Sirius Radio 60s station also adorable!!!
Fun music for sure! Brings us all back to a simpler time of our lives.
Thanks for this. Nice way to start my Saturday morning along with a good expresso. ☕
So fun to watch this video. Thank you for sharing it. I’ve been a fan of Peter’s for many years, and he truly enjoys keeping the music of The British Invasion alive and introducing it to new generations. I’m sure that’s what keeps him so young.
So happy to bring a smile!
Inspiring! to see Peter Noone looking and sounding so great. He’s still handsome and full of good humor as he always was. There is hope for the rest of us aging…
Thank you for cheering us up with his adorable face covered with a full head of hair. Always loved the group because they would do songs other groups wouldn’t and were just different from the others.
Fun!
SO glad you enjoyed Peter Noone! He’s still going strong!
I grew up listening to him! Hes cuter now than then! Adore him and his daughter Natalie on Sirius Radio 60s station also adorable!!!
THANK YOU! I GREW UP WHEN PETER WAS YOUNG AND LOVED RE-LIVING MY YOUTH.
Glad you could revisit your youth in such a fun way!
Hi Kathryn,
I watched this AM, knowing I’d need a “boost” of JOYFUL and it did just that! I’m sure I can find Peter in the “16” magazines in my attic that I so desperately need to get to sorting out. I have to say it was also a reassurance that some of long-term memory is still intact when I could remember the words to the songs, as Loretta said, too…(but where did I leave my glasses?)… You look so beautiful and thank you for sharing these positive vibes! ~ Julie
So glad you were boosted with joy!! Thank you for your kind words!
What a treat! Kathryn, you were beaming!! So cute 🙂
We don’t have to ask if you had fun…it was loads of fun watching & listening to those great songs of old!
Love you always,
Tina
yes, I WAS beaming, for sure! Glad you enjoyed!
It was so much fun listening to the old songs and remembering where I was when I first heard those songs.
Oh how fun!!
Back in the day… ’70’s I was already an old lady, teaching guitar lessons to kids who were huge fans. You hear it, it makes you happy, you’re right, Kathryn. Thanks for posting.
So glad you enjoyed it as I did!!
I shared this with my husband and he was extremely jealous that he wasn’t there. He listens to all this age music all the time. He saw him in concert with his band many years ago and said he enjoyed watching this video.
Didn’t mean to make him jealous! LOL, I’m glad he enjoyed it!
Even though I wasn’t there for the live event, I enjoyed singing along with the video. These lyrics seem to stay in my head forever.
So glad you enjoyed this!!
