Every January brings a fresh opportunity to reinvent yourself! What will you do differently this year?
Set Your Goals for 2022!
- Pursue a passion you’ve already delayed acting upon too long.
- Focus on creating new relationships or repairing existing ones.
- Take up acting, start a business, write a book, or create a YouTube Channel!
There are no age-related rules unless you create them yourself and accept them as your reality.
Live to 100?
Your odds are continually increasing toward making it to 100 years old. Do you want to be the centenarian in assisted living or would you rather be the one actively learning, loving, and laughing all your way to the end?
These are decisions to make TODAY.
The voice of resistance shows up quickly
Nonetheless, as soon as you decide that you can do something amazing, you may hear a voice in your head telling you all the reasons you cannot do it.
Silence that voice! You’ve allowed it to take space in your head long enough!
Time for urgency
Yes, maybe you’ve had more yesterdays than you will have tomorrows, but that just means it’s time for urgency! It’s time to design the rest of your years instead of passively letting them slip by.
Do you buy into believing that wrinkles, balding, or age spots have to coincide with dying dreams?
That’s the message the marketers have been pushing to you throughout your entire life.
Don’t buy it!
They want to sell you their products to “save” you from being old. There’s nothing wrong with being old, but there’s a problem when your dreams get old and die.
