It Was a Beautiful Day for a Bike Ride Until…

Posted on November 1, 2018November 1, 2018 by Kathryn Eyring

Tara was hit by a drunk driver while she was riding her bike with her husband and children ten years ago.

That day changed her life permanently.

People of any age can learn from her life-changing accident.

I often hear my oldest friends talk about the importance of accepting the limitations of physical changes that may come with aging, but Tara had to learn this before she even turned 40 years old!

45-year-old Tara generously shares her life-shattering tale in hopes of helping others find a better quality of life.

She has been on a long journey of learning to manage pain from bulging discs, surgeries, and the resulting nerve damage from her spine that radiates down her arms and legs.

Tara says she just won’t give up!

After years of feeling foggy and unable to make good decisions for herself or her family, she sought help to detox from the high quantity of prescribed narcotics for her pain.

She modified her lifestyle by eating whole foods, practicing yoga and meditation daily, and trying other natural alternatives that could complement her existing medical care.

Tara’s happiness and appreciation for living shine through as she speaks.

Please watch her story. It will make you smile.
