This wellness program is created by your Health Coach, Kathryn Eyring.
The wellness program “rules” are pretty simple:
- This is a 6-week commitment to lifestyle changes. After 6 weeks, decide whether you want to go back to old habits. For now, be COMMITTED for just 6 weeks!
- This isn’t ALL or NOTHING. It’s doesn’t mean that if you screw up, you’re OUT. Nope, you’re still IN!
This program will help you
LEARN HOW AND WHY YOU NEED HEALTHY CHANGES
AND HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH IN 6 WEEKS!
For the first week, I’ll explain my favorite way to set goals and identify potential obstacles so you can break any unwanted habits.
If you have a pedometer or fitness tracker, start tracking your steps!
Even if steps aren’t part of your goal, it’s informative to track steps to set your baseline. Perhaps you’ll decide to increase your number of steps by small increments over the next 6 weeks.
But walking may not be your thing and that’s fine.
There’s more to wellness than walking!
