What do WE have to do to live a long, healthy life without regrets?
I asked Bob what it’s like to be 96 and he explains how he lives intentionally and takes advantage of every moment.
Although he doesn’t have the same tools or body that he used to have, he still works on projects that keep him going. Bob says, “I still have things I want to do.”
Bob learns new things regularly, he communicates with email daily and enjoys Facebook, too. He still works out in the gym and at home. He explains how he works on being social, too.
Bob says, “Don’t procrastinate.”
His advice is priceless for anyone who wants to age gracefully.
There’s SO much to learn from Bob! You’ll LOVE this interview!

I loved this interview. He is such an inspiration!
My sweet dad! How lucky we are to still have him around to enjoy life with us. He is one of the strongest, funniest and wisest people I know and I have been and continue to be truly blessed to have him as my father. Bob (or Art as we know him) is so loved by his children, and his grandchildren and we all pray for his good health, strong mind and body and continued enjoyment of life. He is the best dad in the world and I thank God every day that he is mine! ❤️
I enjoyed getting to meet Bob via this interview and his advice is sound. He is active, positive, adaptable to change, and open and loving toward others. All of this is important if one hopes to enjoy the gift of life and will surely allow for the enjoyment of those who spend time with such a person. May we all be as Bob 🙂
So glad you enjoyed Bob’s interview! May we all have a loving family as he has, too!
