I was at a wedding a couple of years ago when I saw Frank & Dean entertain for the first time… and I became a fan.
You’re gonna LOVE these guys!
Damion Fontaine (Frank) and Scott Brotherton (Dean) have been entertaining their fans and followers for about 15 years in northern Ohio and Michigan. In the winter, they’re also known and loved in areas of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Frank & Dean and Then Some captures the essence of Frank & Dean and that marvelous era with timeless songs and nonstop humor. Their good friend, Stan Davis, joins in as Sammy Davis, Jr. at times, too.
These three talents might be found singing solo, as a duo, or together as the Rat Pack. Don’t miss an opportunity to catch a show! A little more than halfway through the video (at 19:30), view a few clips to get a sample of their music.
Typical venues that host the Frank & Dean and Then Some shows are restaurants and clubs or weddings, but they also go to senior living communities and sometimes entertain folks in memory care, too.
Their hearts are as golden as their shows are sensational.
Their schedule is found on their website here.
Damion and Scott surprised me more than any other interview when they paused their humor during Ageless Advice.
I expected “double trouble” from Damion and Scott, but (starting at 20:40) they talked in-depth about role models, empathy and compassion, ideas for teaching respect and values in today’s youth, expanding intergenerational relationships and how important it is to embrace the aging process.
Let me say it again… YOU will LOVE watching Frank & Dean
…and you’ll be left thinking about what this duo had to say for a long time afterward.

Damion turned his homeless experience into a learning experience. Did that surprise and amaze you?
Did Scott’s explanation of why aging adults should consider community theater make you think about it?
What else impacted YOU from this interview?
Kathryn, this is a really great interview. It captures who they are beautifully. These guys are a must see for everyone, from the tiniest child to the oldest adult. Their music is timeless and danceable, their jokes are corny and funny and a night out with them is always a worthwhile experience. I am so thrilled to have all of them Damion, Scott and Stan as part of my life.
Love these guys! Have been following them for 14 years. They are awesome!
Love them especially when they do the blues brothers! They are a class act!
My hubby and I know these guys personally and they are as real as they are seen here. Aside from their talents as friends they have stepped up to MC and entertain at a funraiser for me. We breakfast with them and toast with them after shows. We love these guys as entertainers but more as friends.
Frank and Dean and then some are great, I have seen them several times and highly recommend them.
They put on a wonderful show and you really will enjoy them, I know I do.
Chris
I’ve seen them. They’re remarkably good. You do a great job of finding truly interesting people for your show.
Thank you, Tomie!
It was so good to be introduced to these two gentlemen. They are thoughtful people with helpful insights, as well as being quite talented. I loved seeing the clips of their performances including the one with “Sammy”, Stan Davis. I will check out their website and hope to see Damion, Scott, and Stan on stage when I find the opportunity. They have great attitudes as well as great ideas and I’m truly thankful I had this chance to learn about them.
Get on their email list! then you’ll know where they are in advance! See you there!
I enjoyed Scott’s insight on how his time in the theatre exposed him to people of different ages. I can see how empathy would be such a useful quality for an entertainer.
Bill, I agree! And I had never thought about how theater can be a perfect venue for people of all ages to come together!
What a wonderful interview! You have a gift for discovering the treasures in our world….Grateful!
These two are definitely treasures! thank you for your comment!
