This 10-Minute Meal Is Simple And FAST!

Even if you claim to be a failed cook in the kitchen, this meal is for you! It has simple ingredients and is easy cleanup, too!
If you’re someone who regularly cooks, this will make you feel like you took a night off! It’s so easy!
- Tilapia or other whitefish
- Red onion
- Red pepper
- Olive oil
Wash sweet potato and pierce with fork or knife. Bake the potato in microwave for 5 – 7 minutes, depending on its size.
Place fish onto aluminum foil. Place slices of red pepper, red onion, and any other choice of vegetable, on top of fish.
Add cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil on top. Close up the foil into a neat packet and put into the oven at 500 degrees for 10 minutes. Done! Enjoy!
