Although Jeff was sometimes bullied as a child, he gained self-confidence by practicing karate. Martial arts also helped him manage his relationships, improve his grades at school, and eventually gave him the motivation and encouragement to graduate college.
Jeff found increased self-esteem and greater respect for himself, as well as others.
At college, Jeff Ellis also earned his black belt. Since then, he’s been on a noble mission for over 45 years and has helped thousands build integrity and grow the character qualities that lead to greater success in life.
