Jeff says he was a teenager on a self-destructive path when his life was changed for the better after he attended a karate class one summer.
Through martial arts, Jeff Ellis found higher self-esteem, improved focus, and respect for himself, as well as others.
Jeff says that although he was sometimes bullied as a child, the self-confidence he gained through practicing martial arts helped him manage his relationships, improve his grades at school, and eventually gave him the motivation and encouragement he needed to become a proud college graduate.
While in college, Jeff also earned his black belt. Since then, he’s been on a noble mission for 43 years and has helped thousands build integrity and grow the character qualities that lead to greater success in life.
Jeff says everybody, at any age, can use an extra dose of confidence.
MUST WATCH/LISTEN… At 20:15 on the video, Jeff explains how important it is to have a LOOK of confidence, for our own wellbeing!
At 22:00 he helps us understand the mindset of a bully, too.
At 23:50, Jeff gives ageless advice on how to recover from heartbreak or loss, how to make aging adults feel more valuable, and his own secret for aging gracefully.
WANT A LITTLE SELF-DEFENSE LESSON? or maybe even a good laugh?? Go directly to 29:30 where Jeff defends himself against ME, then he teaches me how to defend myself! I can see how it would work beautifully with practice, but I have a ways to go!
